Ten Stories of Hope from Shropshire

“Ten Stories of Hope from Shropshire” is a compiliation of encouraging activities that have been happening in the county.
Shropshire Hope exists to promote community transformation and to see the Kingdom of Heaven extended and restored. These stories are a testament to our Heavenly Father’s faithfulness.
From Lent Bible Studies in a local pub to setting up a Charitable Social Enterprise providing training and employment; from Street Pastors to Food Banks; from Holiday Clubs to community-wide Festivals, all have one key component – prayer inspires vision and releases divine power.
These activities may have commenced from small beginnings, but soaked in prayer, we’ve seen doors opened, people coming to, or returning to, faith in Jesus; communities, churches and individuals changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
The prophetic words of Isaiah 58:12 (NLT) are being fulfilled in the county:
“Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes.”
